HISTORY
CIME GROUP is a group of small companies
active in the ICT sector, founded in 1991. CIME PARTNERS SA/NV,
Brussels is the holding company located in Belgium.
During the 90's the group invested 10
MEuros in several small companies with management, financial and/or
marketing needs. Investments were made in the sector of Software and
Services.
HEADCOUNT
Today's headcount (begin 2004) is 60
coming from 250 in the beginning of 2001. This includes only the
headcount of companies with a significant shareholdership.
ORGANISATION
Participations smaller than 10% and
financial relations with Investors and Banks (Credit loans) are handled
directly by CIME PARTNERS. Other participations and Start-up's are
regrouped in CIMESOFT SA/NV, Smart Technologies (Belgium) with a distinction
from a management point of view between the controlled companies (more than
50%) and independent companies with ownership higher than 10% and lower than
50%.
CIMESOFT Smart
Technologies SA/NV (CSST), BRUSSELS, Belgium
CSST is the "Industrial" holding
of the group and is owned by CIME PARTNERS SA/NV for more than 70 % of the
shares. Other shareholders are friends, family and employees.
AMASCO SA/NV BRUSSELS, Belgium
This company is specialized in maintenance
activities. Sales will reach
1 500 K Euros in 2004.
CIMESOFT BENELUX SA/NV
BRUSSELS, Belgium
CIMESOFT Benelux SA/NV, is owned by CIMESOFT
SA/NV, Smart Technologies (CSST).
CIMESOFT Benelux SA/NV owns minority shareholdership in COMPUTER SUPPORT
AND SERVICES (CSS) SA/NV, Brussels (49%) and in NCTS SPRL, BVBA,
Brussels (16%).
The company handles "customers" large network projects, including if requested total or
partial management at customers premises.
Computer Support and Services (CSS)
Is
managed by Charles ROBERTI controlling the
other 51 % of the Company. This Company is
specialized in application support for ERP and in professional services and generates
2,6 M Euros of sales with a headcount of 27.
NCTS
Is managed by Pierre COUGNON, major shareholder of the company. The company is specialized in project
management, professional services and technical assistance and generates
2,5
M Euros of sales with a headcount of 26.
